You can make a provisional booking over the phone or by email. The relevant application will then be sent to you or you can download below. You should complete and return the form to the centre, along with the appropriate NON REFUNDABLE deposit within ten days of the provisional booking being made. Provisional bookings will not be held after that time.
The balance of the fee should be paid two weeks before the commencement date.
Payments should made by cheque , made out to Burren OEC
If a date is booked less than 10 working days before the commencement date , the fee must be paid in full immediately to secure the booking
Schools and youth groups who use purchase orders must provide a PO number on the booking form and will be charged the full course fee .
